Knitting like a fool

I have been knitting feverishly trying to get a baby gift done and mailed. It’s finally on it’s way! This baby blanket took forever but came out so beautiful. I’ve also been making more of the Petal hats that were requested by Alison after receiving the first one I gave her as a gift. And now I am trying to get some knitting done for Christmas projects. Nothing says “holidays” like something homemade. I recently found and joined Ravelry, which is totally addicting. You can see projects and where to find them, catalog your own projects, and talk to other knitters. It has been way cool, although it just gives me a laundry list a mile long of things I want to knit. At least I stay busy (as if the house projects weren’t enough).
