Actually, yesterday was a great day. Brenner pooped outside for the first time. We were thrilled! I guess we need to celebrate the little victories the most. He was also very good in his crate last night which meant I got some sleep and did not wake the neighbors. The trick? Put him in the crate while I’m still in the living room so he dozes off… then sneak into the bedroom very quietly. He woke up for a few seconds and whimpered a little, but it was less than 5 minutes and he was out. Good little pooch!

So far, we are learning…
Now he has learned to jump the baby gate leading to the bedroom… that was a shocker this morning.
He’s also got “sit” nailed and is learning “Down” (lay).
He’s not too into “Shake” but I keep working with him on it.
His funniest move is a little belly crawl. He stretches out all the time and then crawls around on his belly. It is SO FUNNY & CUTE! I’ll have to find a way to record it.
