Enjoying a Charlotte Checkers Hockey Game

Last night we went to the local hockey game. David met the hockey team on his last flight and one guy offered us tickets, so we went. We had a ball! Everyone kept yelling, “Par-lay, Par-lay (the goalee)… YOU SUCK!” So of course we joined in until I realized we had some very little people behind us. I told David that we should’t be saying that so close to them, so David chimes in while everyone is yelling with “Par-lay, Par-lay…. You’re aweful!” I thought it was cute that he was trying to be clean for the little kids. After the game we went out on the town. We had a ball but we were disappointed that our new hockey friends didn’t join us. Maybe next time.
