Finally, A Place to Live

I am so excited because last weekend I put a deposit down on an Apartment home. I want to give myself a year to get to know the area before I buy, and these apartments are just so nice and have so many extras. I got a 2-bedroom, 1 bath apartment with a single car garage. It’s not a big place, but it is just enough for me for the time being. They are fitted with all new kitchens with stainless steel appliances and new, very large bathrooms. And the walk-in closet in teh master bedroom is HUGE! I’m not sure if I could fill it with clothes and shoes if I tried! It also has an alarm system, so I know I will be safe, which was always a concern for me at our old apartment. The complex has 2 pools, a jacuzzi, tennis courts, a 24-hour fitness center, putting greens, a walking nature trail and a carwash station. I think this will offer me plenty of opportunities to meet people too. I don’t move in until right around Thanksgiving, but it will be so nice to have all my own stuff again and start to get back to a normal life. I can’t wait!
