I have an interview!!!

I don’t know the time and date yet, but early next week I am in a pool of candidates to be interviewed for this:

A small, start-up, niche marketing firm that installs and maintains a digital screen advertising network. The Creative Director will have prime responsibility for creating ads for our customers. Must be trainable in the use of the Key West media server (see Key West site) – experience with Photoshop, video editing and other software a plus, but not a requirement. Ideal candidate is someone who has the energy, enthusiasm and flexibility a new company in a new industry requires, and understands that the job will be what they make of it. We will have collaborative efforts on all final products, so the ability to accept inputs from the other employees is critical – we are not looking for fussy artists. The person who loves advertising, wants to join a new industry with new methods of doing business, wants to be a critical part of building a new company, and wants to reap the benefits of that growth is our candidate. Your abilities to be creative and learn quickly are key.

Wish me luck! The salary range is $35,000 – $72,000 (wouldn’t the latter be nice). I have to get to researching, but I feel better about my life already. Who needs a man? They just suck the life out of you anyway.
