On his way to Mexico

Tonight David and I went to storage and got the last remaining business clothes he needed for his trip to Mexico. His flight leaves at like 7 a.m. tomorrow, which means I am going to be one tired muchacha because we have to leave the house at like 5 a.m. I think a nap will highly be in order on my day off!

We are both excited and nervous about the trip. He will not be doing any sight seeing, but it will be a busy trip because he’s visiting many stores, one in Monta Rey and three in Mexico City, and all in the course of three-four days. I’m already anxious for him to return on Friday. I hope that we made the right decision with this promotion. I am worried that he will never be home… some alone time is always good for you (I am already thinking about the scrapbooking projects I can work on), but we lived apart for five years and I love finally being with him. I’m sure everything will be fine, but I know how old the phone relationship can get… and I bet for him the traveling and eating out all the time will get old after a while.

I love you baby, and I hope your first day on the job and your travels go smoothly. I’ll be waiting for your first phone call to hear all about it. And you better post about your travels from the road! God speed.

P.S. I am actually posting from his new laptop! And he’s all ready with movies to play on it for the plane ride.
